This guide is accurate and even supersedes the 9 to 1 magic ratio. The guide (use your laminated pocket version when you go out to eat) divides all foods into three color coded categories. The single rule you must follow is at the top of the guide. Now you can eat almost everything and move only the right foods to your plate for each meal. You don’t need a lot of willpower and you never go hungry.
